Filing a Complaint

We strive to provide excellent products and services to all our users. However, if you ever have an issue with your experience as an Agent customer, please contact our dedicated customer service team immediately so we can resolve your concerns.

To file a complaint, please email us at info@agenthealth.co.uk with the following details:

- Your name and contact information

- Information about your order/account if relevant

- A detailed description of your complaint

As much detail as possible is most helpful and please make sure to explicitly mention that this is a formal complaint.

You will receive a confirmation email when we have received your complaint. Our customer service team aims to resolve complaints within 4-5 working days via email. In complex cases, it may take longer to fully investigate your complaint. We will keep you informed of our progress. 

Your complaint will be handled with care and oversight as part of our commitment to quality customer service. All complaints are logged internally for tracking and monitored by management.

Upon resolution of your complaint, we will send you a written notification via email. We appreciate you taking the time to contact us - it helps us identify areas for improvement. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and your feedback is vital.
