Mr Cornwall is a business owner and wanted to keep his overheads down so back in 2016 we installed a 16 x 10 EcoStudio in his garden to use as an office. He ran his business from here for 5 years until he eventually had to move into bigger premeses.

Once he did so he had an EcoStudio Garden Room that he could now convert into whatever he wanted. He got in contact with us and we went to see him. After a discussion we came to the agreement that it would be best used as a bar where him and his family could socialise with their friends.

We fitted a bespoke rustic bar for him and replaced the tired laminate flooring and also gave the building a fresh coat of paint. Just like that in 2 days we had transformed this Garden Office into a Garden Bar.

It just goes to show how versatile our EcoStudios really are!

Firstly, what size EcoStudio do you require? Make sure there's enough clearance round the parameter of the building for installation, we recommend at least 400mm. Please choose from the next slide, if you can not see your size we can manufacture virtually any size. Please get in touch for more info on your specific size.

Supply or Installed?

Would you like your EcoStudio in a supply only kit or professionally installed by our team?

Base Requirements

Our team can install a fully treated, insulated timber base for your EcoStudio to sit on. All our bases include –

– Ground screw foundations with a life expectancy of 100 years!
– 5′ x 2′ FCS sourced, fully treated timber frame.
– Joist hangers.
– Fully insulated with EcoQuilt Expert Multifoil Insulation.
– Decking facia for the perfect finish.

* If the ground is sloped we can build a decked step at an additional cost

Do You Require A Base?*

If the ground is soil, grass or similar, we will need to install an insulated treated timber base. We want your Garden Studio to last so its important your base is built 100% flat and level. The ONLY time a base will not be needed will be if you have had a concrete pad installed specifically for your EcoStudio.

We can paint your EcoStudio’s interior whatever colour you like. White is the standard colour we use to keep the room feeling bright and spacious but the choice is yours! All internal walls and ceilings get 2 coats of paint.
