First of all, it is advisable to create an account on the site and authenticate yourself, after which you proceed to the actual ordering of the products. If you do not want to create an account, when completing the order, choose the "Order as a guest" option, so a personal account will not be created for you.
Attention: only registered customers can benefit from promotions, have access to the newsletter, can comment on products, etc.

 

Order a step-by-step product:

1. Choose the desired product from the main menu. Click on the “Details” button to view the product.
   On the product page you will find information about the respective product, such as packaging size and quantity, and including the “Buy” button that you click if you want to purchase that product, but only after you have selected the mentioned attributes.
2. After clicking the “Buy” button, the desired product will appear in the shopping cart. And you have two options: continue browsing and direct payment. In both cases, the desired product will appear at the top of “My Cart”, where you can delete the selected product or send the “Order” by clicking on the link below called “Pay”. You will see here all the selected products, with the related amount and the total of the order. If you want to send the order, click on the “Pay” button.
3. You have arrived at the summary page, where you have three options: Login, Order as a guest, Create account.
   Choose the desired option and fill in the fields that appear. Before completing the order, you can add a comment.
4. The next step will be to choose the payment method: online or cash on delivery.
   Depending on what you choose, you will need to complete one or three more steps to complete the order!
5. After you have completed all the steps, the message "Order completed" will appear and you will receive an email with the order details, and in some cases you will be contacted by us, by phone (or by email if we cannot find you on the phone) to confirm your order. Orders will be honored in the order of registration.

 

If you want to create an account but without ordering:

1. Click on the "Login" or "New Account" link.
2. A page will open where you can log in or create a new account.
   To create a new account you must fill in several empty fields.
   Please note that your data will only be used to contact you, send any ordered products and for billing. After you have finished filling in the empty fields, press the "Send" button.
   Attention! Remember the email address and password used during registration.
3. You have successfully created your account and can proceed to order our products.

 

Delivery method

The packages will be shipped via the Cargus express courier service Express.
The delivery service fee will be displayed both in your virtual cart and on the order details and completion page.
