How to order?

Placing an order on our website is quick and easy. Just follow a few simple steps.

Step 0

First, we recommend creating an account and logging in before placing your order. This will allow you to complete your purchase faster in the future.
If you prefer not to create an account, you can select “Checkout as guest” at the end of the order process, and no personal account will be created.

Step-by-step ordering process

Step 1

Once you have selected the product you want, click “Add to cart”. The product will be added to your shopping cart.

You can either continue shopping by clicking “Continue shopping” or proceed to checkout by clicking “Proceed to checkout”.  At this stage, you can review your cart, update quantities, or remove one or more items.

Step 2

After reviewing your shopping cart, click “Proceed to checkout”.

Step 3

If you are logged in, your personal details will already be filled in. You only need to enter your delivery and billing address.

Step 4

Choose your delivery method: in-store pickup or delivery via Cargus courier.

• In-store pickup: free

• Cargus courier:
   – 0–15 kg: 20.99 RON (VAT included)
   – 15–31 kg: 25.99 RON (VAT included)
   – over 31 kg: please contact us

Step 5

Select your payment method: cash on delivery or online payment by bank card.
Tick the box to accept the terms and conditions, then click “Place order”.
