The access into the parking area was so tight as to be almost impossible for the driver to get to the hotel. It took her 20 minutes to negotiate the turn which was far to tight and restricted by parked cars (legally outside their homes) and posts and barriers. This is a known problem and Holiday Inn does not appear to address the issue. Your driver did EXCEPTIONALLY well to get into the car park last night and had serious trouble this morning getting away from the hotel. Jane is an excellent driver and managed a tense situation extremely well without getting flustered.
